How to clean Brava! cache in Brava! 7.2

Issue description

When you are experiencing one of the symptoms below you need to clear the Brava! cache:


  • Files not rendering properly
  • Generic errors (40X)
  • White page after loading the Brava! Viewer

  


Solution

The following steps are used to clean the Brava! Job Processor Cache:

  1. Open the Brava! server in a remote desktop session
  2. Go to the Windows Services

  3. Stop the Brava! Enterprise .NET JobProcessor service

  4. Delete all files under the "C:\ProgramData\IGC\BravaEnterprise.NET\dlcache"  folder

  5. Start the Brava Enterprise .NET JobProcessor service
