Cadac experts is the first global online platform to connect Autodesk experts and customers. Cadac consultants and independent Autodesk professionals present themselves on this platform without having to perform a lot of administrative tasks. This way, clients can find suitable experts themselves and easily book an appointment online.
With a flexible booking you can cancel or change the assignment free of charge up to five days before the start of the assignment. The cost price of a flexible booking is 15% of the assignment total.
The expert's contact details can be found on his/her profile. You can also contact our community manager at any time. He/she will be happy to help you.

Creating an account is free of charge.
This depends on the payment method you choose. You can pay by iDeal, Bankcontact, advance bank transfer, invoice or credit card. If you opt to pay by invoice or credit card, you pay afterwards. In this case, a credit check will be performed.
Your booking will be processed via a secure payment server, guaranteeing secure processing of your data and booking.
All Autodesk professionals are thoroughly screened before we include them in our database. You can also consult reviews from other clients.

Your earnings depend on your expert level and the number of assignments you complete via Cadac.
For the first 13 booking days via Cadac, you will receive 80% of the daily rate, not including travel and overnight allowance. This percentage can be as high as 87.5% if you have completed more than 38 booking days via Cadac. Find out the exact percentages.
If you travel more than 200 km one way, you will receive a travel allowance for the total distance and an allowance for an overnight stay. For assignments with a travel distance of more than 800 kilometres, you will also receive a reimbursement for air travel.
The overnight allowance is calculated automatically if the freelancer has to travel more than 200 km one way to be able to work on location. The overnight allowance is €150 per day.
Invoicing works according to self-billing. After you have completed an order, you will find the invoice in your personal Cadac account. Log in to your account, then go to the “bookings” section to directly access the invoice.
Thanks to this automated method, you do not have to create and send an invoice yourself. In this way Cadac ensures minimal administrative work for you as a freelancer.
As an expert, you decide whether and how far you are willing to travel. You have the option to work on location or remotely.
No, the community manager will review your profile and then invite you for an introductory meeting. Subsequently, your profile may or may not be published on Cadac Experts.
We value personal contact with the freelancers to ensure that only the best Autodesk experts get onto the platform. In this way we guarantee quality and we can guarantee clients the best freelancers.
The client is responsible for a workstation or Autodesk license.
After you have received an assignement, you have 24 hours to accept an assignement. You then contact the client before accepting or not accepting the assignment. This enables you to ask questions about the assignment and to get to know the client. If it turns out that the assignment does not suit you, you have the option not to accept the booking.
You can find the contact details of your client by logging into your account.
Creating a profile is free of charge.
You must at least be in possession of the Autodesk certificate "Autodesk certified professional" and have demonstrable work experience in your field. Do you not have an Autodesk certificate, but do you have knowledge and experience with Autodesk software at a comparable expert level? Then you can also register as an expert.
When creating your profile, you can indicate which education and work experience you have. You can also select your languages and skills.
Important to know: it is not allowed to place URLs in your profile to, for example, your website.
Click on your account in the top-right corner and then go to 'expert settings'. You can edit your data here.
It is not possible to see who and how often your profile has been viewed.
Make your profile as clear as possible. Keep your profile up to date. State all your work experience briefly and to the point, make sure the expertise is complete and do not forget to indicate your availability. Log in to your account and then go to "Expert Settings".
