In the new view of Autodesk Account user management, administrators can remove access to products and services by product, rather than by user. Or you can remove individual services related to a product.
Services include access to online storage, rendering, and other cloud services associated with a software title. Options vary depending on the software, refer to your software documentation for a list of available services.
To unassign users from a product:
- Sign in to Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and click User Management > By Product. You will only see User Management if you are an administrator.
Note: If your screen looks different from the image below, you may be in classic user management. For more information see Unassign Users in the Classic View. - Select a product and click to the right of the user's name to display a menu.
- Select Remove access from the menu. The user no longer has access to that product.
To unassign users from a service:
- Sign in to Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and click User Management > By Product. You will only see User Management if you are an administrator.

- Hover over the user to display an arrow to the left.
- Click the arrow and deselect the services to remove access.
