Cadac Connect
Cadac has developed an iPaaS platform (Integration Platform as a Service) that enables robust and scalable system integrations to be built, specifically tailored to the needs of the government, construction and manufacturing industries. With Cadac Connect, governments can use a modern IT landscape to deliver digital solutions to citizens, construction companies gain more control over project risks thanks to optimal support of the BIM process. For the manufacturing industry, Cadac Connect also brings many benefits, thanks to the system linkage that contributes to operational efficiency and insights.
- Modernise your IT landscape as a government
- Construction companies get full control over planning and project risks
- Improved operational insights and efficiency for the Manufacturing Industry
Product description
Cadac Connect: bridging your application landscape
Based on strong customer relationships and years of experience with the IT processes of the construction, manufacturing and government industries, Cadac has developed an integration platform that directly answers the growing need of these industries: an affordable integration platform where CAD platforms and other information systems can be integrated with each other.
Quasi all companies and organisations are turning to digitisation. At a rapid pace and with success, various applications are being deployed, such as CRM, PDM, PLM, CPQ, ERP, MES, FMIS and Internet of Things.
The multiplicity of systems and complex relationships between processes is increasing the complexity of the IT landscape. For example:
- Cloud applications need to communicate with on-premise systems
- Business departments want to exchange data digitally
- Your customers also want to help you through the cloud
In addition, we want all these applications, and their data, to be available as a single source of truth. Data should no longer be in doubt: it is current and accurate.
One system with which you can start simple and small, and let it grow with your organisation and digital ambitions
Current integration system offerings consist of custom- and no-code systems. Whereas no-code systems such as SAP and Salesforce are often limited in their adaptability, custom-code solutions are expensive to buy and maintain. Thanks to our low-code solution, we can deliver a fully customised platform with minimal customisation and affordably deploy it and modify or expand it later. Because the Cadac Connect solution is built entirely on Microsoft Azure, Cadac Connect can be easily combined with Microsoft's development tools, such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Serverless Functions and Active Directy. The well-known Microsoft development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure Devops can also be used to develop the integration logic.
Supported integrations
Printed Document Version Control
The company is digitising, but some departments swear by using printed plans. No problem, by adding QR codes, document versions can be checked at any time. As a result, prevent wasted time and costly errors.
Configure Price Quote
A salesperson creates a configuration in CPQ using customer information from CRM, CAD models from PDM and pricing information from ERP. The sales opportunity and quotation are approved in CRM and sent to the customer.
Product Data Management
An engineer receives a change request based on a quality issue from production and revises a product. After review, the revised bill of materials (BOM) is released to ERP.
Construction Cloud naar SharePoint Online
A BIM engineer shares documents derived from a BIM model in a SharePoint environment with the client, in accordance with ISO19650.
