Problem:

When opening Techline in AutoCAD 2020/2021 you receive an error message:

Solution:

Close AutoCAD (Save opened drawings)

Open Windows Explorer.

Browse to the folder: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 202x\

Locate the acad.exe.config

Open this file with Notepad.

The last sentence is:

</configuration>

Before this sentence the following should be placed:

<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">
    <supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
</startup>

Save the acad.exe.config.
