Empty Transmittal reports in Organice Transmit

Description

When all reports in Organice Transmit are empty, the account that is configured to run the Report Server Service has no access to the Organice Transmit Database.

Solution

Add the account that runs the Report Server Service to the Organice Transmit Database on the SQL server with role WSS_Content_Application_Pools.
