Hysopt BIM Syncer

The first start.

1. Start Autodesk Revit;
   Versions 2021 through 2024 are supported.
2. Following message may appear:
   Click [ Always Load ]
3. Open an existing project or create a new project;
   • Select the project and click [ Open ]
     or
   • Select de desired template and click [ OK ]
4. Click [  ] (P&ID Window) on ribbonpanel "BIM Syncer" in the "Hysopt BIM Syncer" Ribbontab.
5. Log in with your Hysopt credentials;
   • Optional: Activate the "Keep me logged in" option;
6. Most functions on the "Hysopt BIM Syncer" Ribbontab will be grayed out:
   These functions will become available as soon as the Revit model is linked to a Hysopt model.

Create the first Hysopt BIM Syncer project

1. Click [  ] (P&ID Window) on ribbonpanel "BIM Syncer" in the "Hysopt BIM Syncer" Ribbontab;
2. Click [  ] (Open Model explorer)
   or
   Click [  ] (Open Model explorer)
   The "Model explorer" opens: (The number of folders can be different)
   
3. Open the "Projects" folder;
4. Click the (top left corner) button [  ]
5. Select the option [  ]
   The "General" screen with the project data opens:
6. Fill out all data.
   The data marked with * are mandatory fields:
   
7. Click [ Create ]
   The new project folder is created.
8. Open the newly created project folder;
9. Click the (top left corner) button [  ]
10. Select the option [  ]
    The "Create model" screen opens:
11.  Enter the model name:
    
12. Click [ Create ]
    Hysopt BIM Syncer is now fully loaded:

Link a Revit model and Hysopt BIM Syncer model

The Revit model is saved, the Hysopt BIM Syncer model is created.

1. Click [  ] (Link) on ribbonpanel "Link" in the "Hysopt BIM Syncer" Ribbontab;
   When the Revit model has not been saved yet following message will appear:
   
2. Two messages will be shown:
   (Names and codes can be different)
3. Save the Revit model again.
   The link between the Revit model and the Hysopt BIM Syncer model are now recorded into the Revit model.

Open a linked Hysopt BIM Syncer model

The Revit model is opened, the link with the Hysopt BIM Syncer model has been created.

1. Click [  ] (Open linked Hysopt Model) on ribbonpanel "Link" in the "Hysopt BIM Syncer" Ribbontab;
   The linked Hysopt BIM Syncer model is opened in the Hysopt BIM Syncer palette.
