No Dimensions visible in Layout/Viewport - AutoCAD (LT)

Problem:
In Modelspace all dimensions are visible.
On the Layout/Viewports they are not visible even when the layers are not 'off' nor are they frozen.

Solution:
Select the Viewport and set the correct annotationscale.
This can be done through Properties

or
Double-click in the viewport and choose , in the bottomright (statusbar), the correct annotationscale

With the Variable ANNOALLVISIBLE the visibility can also be controlled:
With ANNOALLVISIBLE set to 0 ; Only (annotation)objects with that specified annotationscale are visible
With ANNOALLVISIBLE set to 1 ; All (annotation)objects, are visible, despite of their annotationscale.
