How can I upgrade Cadac Organice Vault on a workstation?

Warning! If you upgrade the workstation on which an Autodesk Vault Job Processor is located, please secure the following file by making a copy of it:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vault 20xx\Extensions\Cadac Organice Vault 20xx\Organice.Vault.Extension.vcet.config

Follow these steps to install the upgrade:

1. Close all running programs.

2. Download the update related to your version:

2021	Cadac Organice Vault 2021

3. Unpack the file on an easy to find location.

4. Double-click on the ‘Cadac Organice Vault Client Solutions Installer.exe’ file.

The status of all the components that are available in the 'Solution Installer' will be displayed. In the example above all the components have a green check mark to indicate that they are already installed.

The current 'Solution Installer' contains a new version of all components. That's why the operation selected for the components is 'Upgrade' by default. This is displayed by the blue circle with the white arrow. If this is not the case follow the action described at Step 5.

5. Select one of the components whit your Right Mouse Button, the available options will be shown.

Select 'Upgrade' and press'Next'.

6. Press on 'Finish' if the installation of the components is complete.
