HTC Parking & Security
Once started with simple steel constructions, HTC Parking & Security is now one of the market leaders in speed gates. The automatic folding gates for car parks, hotels, industrial estates and apartment complexes are designed and produced in Waddinxveen, after which they find their way to customers in Europe and sometimes even America and Asia. To keep a grip on the processes and data and produce more efficiently, HTC started an intensive automation programme with Cadac. Meanwhile, CPQ, Inventor, Vault and Revit have been implemented and fully integrated with ERP via Cadac Connect.

Kemper Beton
Since early March, Kemper Beton has been working with a configurator that is expected to halve the time from quotation to delivery of a project with customised elements to four weeks. A team from Cadac and Kemper signed up for the implementation, which took almost a year. 'It was worth the wait,' says Rob Reijnders, commercial manager at the Tilburg-based company. 'The configurator has a positive effect on the complete business operation; from enquiry to order processing and overview and production drawings.

Romein Beton
In Dodewaard, Romein Beton designs and produces precast concrete elements for bridges and viaducts, tunnels and culverts, among others. A business with narrow margins, reason to automate wherever possible. Cadac introduced two configurators that save a lot of time in both the quotation process and the order processing.
