IFS Ultimo Nexus 2024 | Cadac Asset Lifecycle Management
Cadac Group participated in the IFS Ultimo Nexus partner event on 24 and 25 September 2024. During this event, the latest developments of IFS Ultimo in the field of Enterprise Asset Management were presented. In addition, the new IFS Ultimo user interface was presented by Product Manager Chris van den Belt and the Circle of Collaboration was explained by EAM Specialist Berend Booms.
On the second day of the IFS Ultimo Nexus partner event, various presentations were presented by IFS Ultimo partners. From Spain, a presentation was given by Becolve Digital about the renovation of Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The transfer and validation of Building information during the Asset Lifecycle plays an important role in this. Another interesting presentation was given by InoTeam from France about designing and building a new Automotive Cell Company. A gigafactory for producing batteries for electric cars. Also in this presentation, the management of Building information during the Asset Lifecycle was made clear.
Cadac's insights into Asset Lifecycle Management
The Cadac presentation on Asset Lifecycle Management emphasised the importance of a Common Data Environment (CDE) and the validation of BIM models, which fitted in seamlessly with the previous presentations. In addition, the possible integration with IFS Ultimo was also explained. The presentation was enthusiastically received by the partners present, which led to positive reactions and follow-up appointments.
