You can reset the password for your Cadac account (Controlling access to the Support portal) through the steps below.

Go to: https://support.cadac.com
Click "Forgot your password?"
Enter the email address used for the support portal here.
Click [ Request password ]
You will receive a link by email to reset the password.

Note: This password applies to the following services: Cadac Support / Cadac Store / My Cadac.
