Dropzone is not triggered at a Controlled document

Description problem:

The dropzone is not triggerd at SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint 2016 at at standard SharePoint library and or DCS enabled libraries.

Cause

The popup blocker is active at the current browser.

Solution

Disable the popup blocker

Remove the coockies

Close the internet browser intirely

Restart the internet browser
