Cadac offers the first global online platform where Autodesk experts and customers are connected. Cadac consultants and independent Autodesk professionals can offer themselves on this platform, without having to perform many administrative tasks. This allows clients to find suitable experts themselves and easily book online.

The experts specialise in one or more Autodesk applications from various sectors: construction, mechanical engineering, (civil) infrastructure, process industry and media & entertainment. On the platform you will find both Cadac consultants and independent Autodesk experts. Find the expert that suits you.

With a flex booking, you can cancel or change the job free of charge up to five days before the start of the job. The cost of a flex booking is 15% of the assignment.

As a client, you are responsible for making a workstation or Autodesk application available. If you do not have a workstation and/or license. Then you can rent it through Cadac. Do you only need a license? Then find the license that suits you best.

After you have booked the expert, you can find his or her contact details under "my bookings". You can then coordinate the collaboration before the start of your project.

Yes, creating an account is free of charge.

This depends on the payment method you choose. You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact, bank transfer in advance, on account or credit card. With the last two payment methods, you pay afterwards. A credit check will be carried out in the event of a payment afterwards.

The processing of your booking is done via a secure payment server. So you can enter your details here completely safely and complete your booking.

All experts have extensive knowledge and experience, which allows us to guarantee quality. Only the best Autodesk experts can be booked.

Your compensation depends on your expert level. View the expert levels and associated fees. The more you work, the more your earnings increase.

How does it work? For the first 13 days of booking via the platform, you will receive 80% of the daily rate excluding mileage and overnight allowance. This percentage can be as high as 87.5% if you have completed more than 38 booking days through the platform. Want to know the exact percentages? Click here.

As soon as you travel more than 200 km, you will receive a travel allowance over the total number of kilometres. With this travel distance you will also receive a compensation for an overnight stay. For assignments with a travel distance of more than 800 km, you will also receive an air cost allowance.

The overnight allowance is automatically calculated when the freelancer has to travel more than 200 km one way to be able to work on location. The overnight stay cost is € 150 per day.

With this fee, the freelancer must book an accommodation of their choice. As a freelancer, you therefore have complete freedom and flexibility to choose an accommodation.

Please note that the overnight fee of €150 is a flat fee. If the costs for the overnight stay are higher, the additional cost is for the account of the freelancer. If, on the other hand, you book a cheaper accommodation, you will have something left over.

You will receive your compensation within 14 days of completing your assignment at the latest.

Invoicing works according to self-billing. After you have completed an order, you will find the invoice in your personal Cadac account. Log in to your account, then go to the "bookings" section to access the invoice directly.

Thanks to this automated working method, you do not have to create and send an invoice yourself. In this way, Cadac ensures minimal administrative work for you as a freelancer.

As an expert, you decide whether and how far you want to travel from your home location. You have the option to work on-site or remotely.

No, the community manager will review your details and then invite you for an introductory meeting. Your profile will then be published on Cadac Experts or not.

We value personal contact with the freelancers to ensure that only the best Autodesk experts make it to the platform. In this way we guarantee quality and we can guarantee that clients can offer the best freelancers.

No, the client is responsible for a workstation or Autodesk license.

After you have received an order, you have 24 hours to accept an order. You then contact the client before accepting or rejecting the assignment. This allows you to ask questions about the assignment and get to know the client. If it turns out that the assignment does not suit you, you have the option of not accepting the booking.

Yes, creating an account is free of charge.

You must have at least the Autodesk 'Autodesk certified professional' certificate and have demonstrable work experience and a degree in your field. Don't have an Autodesk certification, but do you have knowledge and experience with Autodesk software at a comparable expert level? Then you can also register as an expert.

When creating your profile, you can indicate what education, diplomas and work experience you have. You can also select your languages and skills.

Important to know: it is not allowed to place URLs in your profile to, for example, your website.
