Access to all company tickets ( Key- User/Super - User access)

There are situations where you would like to have access to all support questions that your company has raised, or that your colleagues have submitted.
This can be useful, for example, if your company uses 1 shared email address for an engineering department, (eg. Engineering@customer.com) or as a manager you want to identify the support needs of your employees.
In such cases Cadac can grant you Key-user/Super-user access.
Steps:
- Create an account for the concerning email address. (see the instruction: Cadac - Create an account) if the email address is already known to Cadac, the data will be added automatically. If they are unknown, we will ask you to identify yourself in step 2.
- Create a ticket and request Key / super user access.
- If your details are already known to Cadac, we will provide you the Key-user/super user option.
- If your details are not yet known to Cadac, we will ask you to identify yourself, after which we will grant you key-user access.
