This can complicate version management. The Cadac Organice Suite allows you to manage and return as-built changes and revisions for different projects based on the same as-built source. This ensures access to reliable and up-to-date as-built documentation.

Change Management

Change management involves accelerated updating of as-built documents throughout the life cycle of assets. Based on current as-built information, changes to assets can easily be identified and implemented. Changed files are immediately replaced in the as-built repository and made available for subsequent change requests.

Continuous handover

When working on complex, capital projects, it's important to transfer your as-built data to Operations as soon as possible. In most cases, however, the documents are sent to the as-built repository only at the very end of the project. With the Cadac Organice Suite, this becomes an ongoing process. As soon as a new version of a project document is created, the source file is updated in the as-built repository. This means the as-built repository always contains the latest information. Project members working on other projects are kept informed of the latest revision of the as-built document.
