Quick response to your support question
In order to answer your question quickly and efficiently, we use TeamViewer. TeamViewer allows us to assist you remotely. What do you need? An internet connection and sufficient rights to download TeamViewer Quick Support. Nothing will be installed or left on your system!
Start remote support and click the downloaded installer. A pop-up window will appear. Fill in your name and describe your support question. Our support associate will ask you to grant permission for sharing your screen.
In case you want to end the remote session, click on the ‘X’-button in the TeamViewer support window. Now you can close the window with the session code.
