Problem:
Objects on a 'locked' layer are not as visible as other layers.
When attaching a Reference file this is not as visible as other objects.
They seem 'greyed out'
Solution:
The visibility is regulated with two variabeles: LAYLOCKFADECTL and XDWGFADECTL
With LAYLOCKFADECTL set to 0 ; Objects on a locked layer wil have normal visibility
With LAYLOCKFADECTL set to 1-90 ; Objects on a locked layer wil have reduced visibility
With XDWGFADECTL set to 0 ; Reference files wil have normal visibility
With XDWGFADECTL set to 1-90 ; Reference files wil have reduced visibility
