Cadac Group and its subsidiary NedGraphics were ranked among the best managed companies in the Netherlands this year, as announced by Deloitte and ING on Tuesday 1 December. This ranking is part of the Best Managed Companies programme. The research committee praised Cadac Group for its outstanding results and robust financial performance compared to similar European companies.
Deloitte has been organizing the Best Managed Companies programme for the past eight years, and for the past two years ING has been organizing the programme as well. This was the second year that Cadac Group participated, and again the critical jury selected Cadac as one of the best managed companies in the Netherlands. To reach its decision, Deloitte and ING evaluated the strategy, the business operations, the degree of innovation, and the financial results of the participating companies.
Thirty years of success
'We're always looking for ways to optimize the processes that allow us to create, manage, and share digital design information with our clients,' says Jan Baggen, CEO of Cadac Group. 'With nearly thirty years of experience and expertise, we can anticipate our clients' needs and guarantee our continuity as an innovative partner.'
Participating in the programme is extremely valuable for the company's development. 'As a participant, we are constantly challenged to critically reflect on our own company,' Baggen continues. 'The feedback we received from Deloitte and ING on our business operations gives us constructive tools for future use. That said, the Best Managed Company qualification doesn't mean we're there yet. Cadac Group will have to work on innovation and development next year as well.'
About the Best Managed Companies programme
Each year, Deloitte and ING seek out the best managed medium-sized and large companies in the Netherlands. To determine this, they evaluate the strategy, business operations, degree of innovation, and financial results of participating companies. The Best Managed Companies programme focuses on financially sound Dutch companies with an independently authorized shareholder management and an annual turnover of less than 15 million euros.
