In conjunction with Eurocontrol the annual EAD Charting user day was held at the NedGraphics offices in Vianen. The aim of this workshop was to provide additional practical implementation skills to States who are currently using the Charting tool, in order that they can take these skills back to their own countries and complete their migration to the EAD using the Charting software as well as to improve the existing workflow by getting in depth information.
The meeting took place over two days which allowed users to get the hands on with the new features of Release 11 supporting new requirements and ADQ.
The following objectives were achieved by delegates attending this workshop:
- Shared experience;
- Discuss open issues (EAD Release 10);
- Explore new features (EAD Release 11);
- To provide examples of best practice;
- To get in contact with other users and to get support of other users.
