Issue:
How to repair or reinstall an AutoCAD installation from the operating system.
Solution:
The repair and reinstall options are done through Programs and Features:
- Click the Start menu and in the search field, type "programs and features" and select it from the search results. You may also find it through the Control Panel.
- In Programs and Features, double-click AutoCAD to launch the setup program.
- Click Repair or Reinstall.
- Select either Repair or Reinstall.
Note: AutoCAD for Mac does not have a repair feature. There is only a removal utility location alongside the application.
