What is this white paper about?
Cadac Group is very successful in managing projects. We approach the project as a way of organising it. Our company has been around for 35 years. It goes without saying that we use this experience to guide your project. We describe our approach in this document.
Our account manager, project manager and consultant are closely involved from the start of your project. Cadac employees are pragmatic, informal and accessible. Customers say they are happy with this structure.
We believe it is important to put a lot of time into preparing a project. We also look carefully at who is suitable as a contact person. We ask a member of the customer organisation's management board to fulfil the role of client. The reason for this is that the management is responsible for developing and maintaining a vision, and from there sets goals for the organisation. This also includes the business goals of projects.
