Errormessage "Microsoft .net framework version 2.0.50727 needs to be installed" when installing Nordined LT

Problem:

When running the Cadac/Nordined LT installationprocedure, you receive an errormessage: Installer information "Microsoft .net framework versio 2.0.50727 needs to be installed"

As a result of this errormessage you receive the message:: Fatale fout "De installatie is afgebroken vanwege een fout"

Cause:

You are using Windows 8.x of Windows 10/11. By default the older version for .net framework versie 2 en 3 are no longer installed.

Solution:

Control Panel -> Programs and Features

Turn Windows Features on or off

Activate the part: ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)"

Click op [ OK ]

Choose the option "Let Windows Update download the files for you"

After the files have been downloaded and installed:

Click [ Close ]

Restart the Cadac/Nordined LT installationprocedure.
