BIM 360 Project list is empty

Problem:

You have received an invitation to take part in a BIM 360 Project.

The moment you log into the BIM 360 account your project list is empty.

Cause:

There can be more than one cause.

Mostly this is caused by a difference between the used login account and the created project account.

For example the use of a Main mailaccount and the use of an alias for that account.

Solution:

Make sure, together with the Project Admin, the BIM 360 account mailadres used is the same as the one you use to log in to other Autodesk environments (Autodesk Account).

Adjust the BIM 360 account to match your Autodesk account.
