How do I close a ticket?

Problem:
You want to know to to close a ticket.

Cause/Reason:

The Support engineer has provided the solution.
U have found a solution yourself.
The problem no longer occurs.

Solution:

Go to the ticket tab (1) and open the ticket which you want to close (2)

Click the close button (3)

Note: if a ticket is not closed in this way, please contact us by giving a response in the ticket, that it may be closed.
