Software problems can often depend on hardware. Because many different hardware configurations are possible, it is impossible to create a solution / knowledge base item for everything.
To be able to investigate whether a software issue is hardware dependent, a Cadac employee may ask you to provide your System information. We then request a screenshot of the system where you are experiencing the problem.

go to start -> in the searchbar tap: MSINFO32
- Windows 8 operating system:
go to start -> in the searchbar tap: MSINFO32
- Windows 10 Operating system:
go to Windows start -> in the searchbar tap: System information (or MSINFO32)
