Connect Autodesk BIM 360 Build with Microsoft SharePoint

Autodesk BIM 360 Build is field management software for 2D and 3D environments that combines mobile technologies at the construction site with cloud-based collaborating and reporting. The software includes a library of engineering documents that can be viewed on the iPad with or without an Internet connection. Our Cadac Organice BIM 360 Connect solution connects the Microsoft SharePoint Platform and Autodesk BIM Autodesk BIM 360 Build (Field).

Publish released documents fully automated

On-site team members have easy access to their documents which they can view either online or offline on their desktops and mobile devices. These documents are used for quality controls, quality analyses, safety monitoring, and the start-up of all building components, for both structural components and technical installations.

Cadac Organice BIM 360 Connect links the Microsoft SharePoint platform with Autodesk BIM 360 Build. The solution publishes released documents from Microsoft SharePoint to the Autodesk BIM 360 library in a logical folder structure that is based on SharePoint metadata. All document changes made in SharePoint (changed metadata, erased documents) are synchronized with the documents in the Autodesk BIM 360 Build library.

The solution also publishes companies from the SharePoint business list to the Autodesk BIM 360 Build business list, and it links the correct companies to the right Autodesk BIM 360 Build library.
