Autodesk offers support for named user licences with at least 10 seats in the form of Premium Plans. Choose a Premium Plan to optimally report on the use of software licences, manage the administration of users and get online support.
Autodesk Premium Plans can be ordered from Cadac. This type of support replaces Extra Territory Rights licences (ETR) and offers you various additional possibilities.

Choose the type of support that suits you best
Autodesk offers various types of support: Standard Plan, Premium Plan and Enterprise Plan. When you order an Autodesk licence, you will receive a Standard Plan free of charge. Autodesk offers Premium Plans and Enterprise Plans especially for medium and large organisations. These support plans differ in terms of reporting capabilities, user management and support capabilities.

Which licences qualify for a Premium Plan?
You can purchase a Premium Plan when ordering a new single-user subscription to Autodesk software with a term of 1 year and a minimum of 50 seats. Adding a Premium Plan to your contract is also possible when renewing such a licence.
