CAM – Computer Aided Manufacturing

Automate and digitalise your production process

Automate and digitalise your production process

CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) offers you the tools to automatically run 3D printers and CNC machines and thus improve your design and production processes. CAD/CAM systems are particularly interesting for mechanical engineering plants or for companies that manufacture machine components, regardless of whether you are producing large batches or single items.

We are uniquely qualified to help you to connect CAD and CAM and apply these partially new design and production methods within your product development process. Both new and advanced CAM users can count on Cadac as an experienced CAM partner. We offer your organisation CAM software, diverse training, CAM experts and customised services.

Cadac awarded Autodesk CAM Specialisation

In August 2019, Cadac was awarded the Autodesk CAM Specialisation for our knowledge, experience and processes in the field of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). This accreditation not only recognises Cadac's expertise in CAM, but also allows us to include a selection of exclusive high-end Autodesk CAM solutions in our product catalogue.

For years, we have immersed ourselves in the CAM world in our Cadac Lab. We set up this workshop at our head office in Heerlen where we can test your designs for manufacturability and quality. In this innovative, inspiring workshop, we have a professional 3D printer, 3D scanner, robot arm, and a state-of-the-art 5-axis Haas VF1 CNC machine.

A CAM integration means lower costs, more time and better quality

As a leader in the digitalisation of the manufacturing industry, Cadac closely follows the latest trends. The emergence of new design techniques calls for new production methods that optimise production and quality and reduce work preparation costs.

In recent years, our consultants have deepened their knowledge of CAM in order to improve our clients' product development processes. Depending on your wishes, we can support you with software, training, various CAM experts and customised services. If you would you like to know more, please contact us.
