What to do when you get the 'Custom Fitting created' message with DYKA PVC Binneriolering?

Problem:

When modelling/generating elbow-solutions with the material DYKA PVC Binnenriolering, the elbow's show the 'Custom fitting is created' message.

This results in disfigured elbows (both sides don't seem to connect)

Cause:

A faulty Lookuptable is being used.

Solution:

Within Windows:

• Download the attachment: 'bocht pvc binnenriolering mof pvc 2x45_dyka.csv'
• Save the attachment to the desktop.
• Copy the attachment to the (default) folder: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 202X\Lookup Tables\Pipe\
  Attention!
  This folder is normally hidden and requires write-rights.

Within Revit/Current project:

• Give a RightMouseButton Click on the elbow family
• Click 'Edit Family'
• In the Properties ribbon click 'Family Types'   
• Click 'Manage Lookup Tables'
• Click 'Import' and select the correct .csv file 'bocht pvc binnenriolering mof pvc 2x45_dyka.csv' (Attachment)
• Confirm the notification to overwrite the current lookup-table
• Close the 'Manage LookUp Tables' screen with [ OK ]
• At the top of the screen select the Type name 'bocht pvc binnenriolering mof pvc 2x45_dyka' 
• Select the correct lookup table name in the section 'Other'
  
• Save the settings with the [ Apply ] and [ OK ] buttons
• Load the modified family into the project via 'Load into Project' or 'Load into Project and Close', (Top right in the ribbon):
  
• The modified family does not need to be saved to disk
• Choose to overwrite the existing family and its parameters
  
  
• The elbow's in het project will be updatet.
