Remove users in Autodesk Account

In the new view of Autodesk Account user management, only administrators can remove users. Deleting a user automatically removes their access to products and services, but it does not delete a user’s personal Autodesk Account.

Note: Only administrators have access to the user management tools.

Deleting primary and secondary admins
Primary and secondary admins cannot be deleted unless their administrative privileges are removed.


Removing Users

  1. Sign in to Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and click User Management > By User in the left navigation menu. You will only see User Management if you are an administrator.
  2. Hover over the user name and click the trash icon. The user's access to software and services will be automatically removed, but they will still have access to their Autodesk Account
