Send attachments to Cadac - Support.

Sometimes it is necessary for Cadac support to have to look at your model or drawing. In such cases we will ask you to deliver us the flawed model or drawing.

Small files (up to 20 MB)

Via the portal it is possible to send us an attachment up to 20 Mb.

Large files

If there are larger attachments, we would like to ask you to provide us a Wetransfer link. You can paste this link in the description of the ticket.

Do the following for this:

go to https://wetransfer.com/
Add the files
Click on the 3 dots icon (1)
Then select the Link option (2)

Then click send,
You will receive a Wetransfer link that you can copy and paste in an answer to cadac - support.
