Position Description

A Cadac Organice Business Consultant supports our international sales team in sales opportunities and works with our international sales team in unveiling and analyzing customer requirements, product presentations and demonstrations and high level solution designs and proposals.


The Role

As a Cadac Organice Business Consultant you support our international sales team in seeking opportunities in the various market segments. You have a clear understanding of these market segments and companies operating in these segments and are able to advise these companies about their document management requirements. You are able to present and demonstrate the Cadac Organice Product Suite and map customer requirements to the features and functionalities of Cadac Organice. You support the sales team in a high level solution design as input for a customer proposal.


Key Points
  1. Pre-sales and product sales support
    • Product presentations and demonstrations
    • Qualifying customer functional requirements
    • Support sales manager(-s) and partners in proposal generation
  2. Functional education and coaching of partners
    • Execute partner readiness program for new partners together with sales
    • Assist partners on strategic projects
  3. Leadership in developing product and market related knowledge and vision:
    • Monitoring customer product experience and customer requirements
    • Monitoring competitive and complementary technology
    • Feeding product strategy
  4. Contribute professionalism and innovation to the commercial team
     
  5. International
    • Depending on location, a considerable amount of travel (>50%) may be required to fulfill this position successfully
  6. Key measurements for success:
    • Gross margin realized on sales
    • Growth of sales
    • Recognition of Cadac Organice product quality and support

The Profile
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business consulting for business applications
  • Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or other (technical) document management systems
  • Excellent English and at least 1 other European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish) would be an asset
  • Higher educational background (Bsc or Masters level)
  • Background in or affinity with construction and engineering industries is an advantage
  • Customer and cultural sensitivity
