System Consultant

Cadac Organice BV is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner developing Cadac Organice, a SharePoint based software suite for engineering document management and document control. The System Consultant we are seeking will be the beacon of trust and confidence for our partners for technical questions and implementation assistance. He / she will guide customers to generate maximum benefit from the Cadac Organice suite and will help the Cadac Organice organization to keep the leadership role in solution excellence.

A System Consultant knows the Cadac Organice Product Suite inside out and is able to demonstrate the software in all its (technical) details and is able to assist both partners and customers in the technical solution design and the configuration and implementation of the Product Suite.

1. Product sales support
   • Product demonstrations
   • Qualifying customer technical requirements
   • Support sales manager(-s) and partners in proposal generation
2. Technical education and coaching of partners
   • Execute partner readiness program for new partners together with sales
   • Assist partners on strategic projects and beta-programs
3. Leadership in developing product and market related knowledge and vision:
• Monitoring customer product experience and customer requirements
• Monitoring competitive and complementary technology
• Developing product documentation
• Creating knowledge base 
4. Contribute professionalism and innovation to the commercial team
    
5. International
   • Depending on location, a considerable amount of travel (>50%) may be required to fulfill this position successfully

   • Gross margin realized on sales via partners
   • Growth of sales via partner network
   • Partner quality and satisfaction
   • Recognition of Cadac Organice product quality and support

• Minimum 5 years experience in system consulting for business applications
• Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or other (technical) document management systems
• Excellent English and at least 1 other European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish) would be an asset
• Higher educational background (Bsc or Masters level)
• Background in or affinity with construction and engineering industries is an advantage
• Customer and cultural sensitivity
