Sharing documents with internal and external users
In projects, documents need to be shared with internal disciplines and external partners. In some situations, documents need to be shared in a native file format, for instance when multiple project members are working on the same design. In other situations, documents need to be shared in an independent file format, so they can easily be used by others and the information cannot be changed. But in both situations, documents need to be published from an internal location to a shared location, where they can easily be accessed by other disciplines and external people.
Publish SharePoint documents to other libraries and sites
Cadac Organice Publish publishes documents that are stored in SharePoint to other SharePoint libraries or sites. You can publish documents in a native file format, but you can also convert documents into an independent file format, so they can easily be opened, viewed and annotated by others without the native applications. Published documents can easily be distributed, accurately printed and securely archived. Cadac Organice Publish can be initiated at any time through a custom SharePoint workflow, for instance to publish documents to any SharePoint document library or site for distribution, printing, archiving or to an extranet for external access.
