Serial and parallel state workflow
Workflows are designed and created with Cadac Organice Workbox Designer, a web based software solution that is deployed and activated as a feature in SharePoint. Workbox Designer provides an friendly graphical interface, allowing to simply create and build serial and parallel state workflows by draging workflow states from a palette, dropping them between the start and end points of the workflow, and defining the routing from one state to another.
Automatic or manual execution in SharePoint
Workflows can be executed automatically by the system when a document or item is created or changed, or manually on one or more selected documents or items in SharePoint.
Status information and history overview
When a workflow is executed, the Workbox Pane in Cadac Organice Explorer provides visual feedback on workflow status and workflow history. The Workbox Pane provides an overview of the running and completed workflows and workflow history including who executed each step of the workflow and when.
