Jan Baggen established the Cadac Group in 1986. When 20 years old and studying architecture at the Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Heerlen he established the CAD Advice Centre, which later became the basis for the present Cadac Group. Under his leadership, the company grew to become an international organization with branches in Europe, the US and Australia. At the end of 2009 the Cadac Group had a staff of 200 consultants and generated annual revenues of approx. 30 million euros.
Jan Baggen is also active in the development and exploitation of office complexes and car parks. The TwinPort complex in Heerlen, which houses Cadac Group Holding BV, is a good example of this.
In 1998 Jan Baggen was the youngest entrepreneur ever to be declared Manager of the Year in the Netherlands. Jan Baggen lives in Heerlen with his wife and three children. |
