Corporate social responsibility means that Cadac Group takes into account the effects that our business has on the environment, the community and the human aspects inside and outside the company. It's about finding a balance between the environment, mankind and entrepreneurship. This is an ambition and a process that requires constant adjustment and improvement.
Environment
Cadac Group specialises in computerisation solutions for creating, managing and sharing digital design information. By digitising documents we are contributing to the environment by reducing paper use and travel. The Cadac Group's core business is in keeping with these environmental aspects.
- Offices are located near stations and in places that have few traffic-jams;
- We stimulate our employees to work remotely so that travel is limited;
- To present its solutions to customers, Cadac Group regularly organizes webinars, presentations given over the Internet. This reduces travel by our employees and participants can remain in their own offices and do not have to travel to attend a live presentation;
- Cadac Organice, a document management system based on Microsoft SharePoint and developed by Cadac Group, improves efficiency in construction projects thereby preventing many common construction errors. This results in savings in the quantity of paper used, the quantity of building materials used and energy.
Community involvement
Cadac Group finds it important to make a positive contribution to the society. It does this via its own initiatives and by giving financial support to external projects that satisfy the Cadac Group's conditions related to community involvement.
- It gives financial support to local clubs including sports clubs and cultural events;
- It supports Christian aims;
- It supports Warchild, KIKA and Ronald McDonald Children's Fund by providing a financial contribution or free services;
- It supports Rotary Clubs that make a positive contribution to society.
Human aspects
